Biography
Roles and responsibilities: Caroline's role includes working to ensure strategic projects are delivered on schedule, providing support for strategic industry partnership events, coordinating intramural funding activities, and administrative oversight of the pilot platforms.
Caroline joined the UK DRI in 2019 having previously worked in the Department of Surgery and Cancer at Imperial College, London. Here she was PA to the Head of Department, organised large events, was heavily involved in organising the Practical Assessment of Clinical Examination Skills exams which formed part of the MBBS finals, and a surgery BSc module. At the UK DRI, Caroline has worked in several roles including personal assistant to founding Institute Director, working as a Core Team Coordinator, then taking on her current role Business Projects Manager in the Business and Innovation team.
Caroline holds a Prince2 Practitioner project management qualification, as well as a distinction in a Graduate Certificate in Management (University of London), and a BSc in an unrelated discipline.
