Biography
Juliet has significant experience in scaling and shaping rapidly changing organisations. In her early career, Juliet worked in a variety of business roles, gaining experience of working in and across global blue-chip organisations. With her interest in people development and strategy, Juliet moved into the people and transformation field, where she specialised in building and growing specialist teams in fast-paced industries, predominantly in STEM. She has won awards for innovative solutions, building great teams, and as a leader and coach. Juliet is a qualified member of the CIPD, an executive coach and mentor, clean language facilitator and an advocate for career and skills development.
