The global AAIC Neuroscience Next 2026 Conference showcases the latest contributions from both early career and established researchers in neuroscience and dementia.
On Thursday 26 February 2026, the Manchester, UK Hub will host a full in-person conference day. Our hub will bring together researchers at all stages, students, and clinicians for presentations, discussion, and networking, alongside livestreamed sessions from the central programme.
The Manchester Hub will focus on biomarkers across multiple domains, with sessions spanning cognitive assessments, physiology, imaging, fluid-based measures, and technology. Alongside talks, attendees will be able to engage with posters, meet peers, and join discussions that connect local expertise with the global stage.
Event updates and announcements including information on the programme, plenary speakers and award nominations can be found here.

Submissions are welcome across the full spectrum of neuroscience, not just Alzheimer’s or dementia research. The Manchester hub is especially interested in work on fluid biomarkers, cognitive assessments, physiological and behavioural biomarkers, neuroimaging, and technology biomarkers.
Submit an abstract for the opportunity to give an ECR plenary talk, lightning talk, or present an in-person or online poster.
