Biography
Dr. Holly Zheng Bradley has worked in the field of bioinformatics and genome sequencing since 1999, when she joined Celera Genomics in the United States to contribute to the groundbreaking effort to decode the human genome. Following the successful completion of the Human Genome Project, she moved to the United Kingdom to join the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI) as a technical officer, where she played an active role in the international 1000 Genomes Project—an initiative aimed at creating a comprehensive reference catalogue of human genetic variations. Holly later joined Illumina UK, where she led a team of bioinformaticians supporting strategic customers and collaborators in the analysis of large-scale next-generation sequencing (NGS) data.
