Biography
Prof Paresh Malhotra is a clinically active academic neurologist at Imperial College London who specialises in cognitive disorders and dementia. His clinical and research work focuses on developing and evaluating new diagnostic approaches and treatments for neurodegenerative disease, particularly Alzheimer’s Disease. He led the NIHR-funded Phase 3 NorAD trial and is co-lead of a planned multi-arm multi-stage platform trial in Alzheimer’s Disease.
Prof Malhotra is Head of the Division of Neurology at Imperial, National Specialty Lead for Dementias and Neurodegeneration for the NIHR Research Delivery Network and a trustee of the Alzheimer’s Society.
