Verity joined the UK DRI in 2025. Her experience spans organisations of various sizes (from 10 to 2,000 headcount) across UK, European, and Global settings, both as a standalone contributor and team leader with direct reports. She has been a trusted advisor, coach, and partner to a wide range of stakeholders, providing expertise in all areas across the employee lifecycle. Verity’s qualifications include a degree in Economics from Brunel University, a degree and postgraduate certification in Education from the University of Greenwich, CIPD Level 5, and a Level 5 Award from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
